Property records: properties, units, tenancies, leases and related documents.

Submit a request in the form prescribed under PAIA to the Information Officer at the address above, or start the request through the Privacy & data request form in the app.
Give enough detail to identify the record, the form of access you want, your contact details and, for a personal-requester request, proof of identity.
A request may be refused on the grounds set out in PAIA, for example where a record contains another person's personal information or is legally privileged. Reasons for a refusal will be given in writing.
Prescribed PAIA request and access fees may apply. You will be told what is payable before the record is released.
We aim to respond within the period allowed by PAIA, normally 30 days, which may be extended in the circumstances PAIA permits.
If a request is refused you may lodge an internal appeal where applicable, complain to the Information Regulator, or apply to a court.
